These are questions often asked and we are proud to say that we can deliver on your wishes. We are always happy to go that extra mile to give you the service you and your guests deserve and will personally visit your property to perform a checkout after each departure clean. We endeavour to get all checkout reports out to the owners within 48 hours (via email) after each guest departure and yes you will get it! We will even check in on your property when it's vacant. Need something special delivering to your guests? Not a problem let us know what you want purchasing and the budget you have in mind and leave the rest to us. Monthly CaretakingThis service includes the day to day management of your home, liasing with outside contractors to ensure that everything that needs to get done is done. Courtesy visits your villa on a weekly basis. Also included in this service is the administrative side of the business, such as making sure that your home is always up to code, all necessary logs and safety requirements are done, and relevant licenses are displayed in the home. We are also on 24hr callout to deal with any emergencies that may arise during your guests stay. Home Cleaning This is an extremely important part of our Property Caretaking Services, perhaps the most important. With you having encouraged your clients to book your Florida villa and then given them a vista of what to expect, they are without doubt are looking forward to enjoying the ambience of it all. It is essential for a Property Caretaker Company to carry through those expectations in order to ensure your success with your client, and potential future business. It is our goal to provide villa services and standards of cleaning that are second to none. Our cleaners have been fully trained and are very conscious of the high standards of cleanliness we expect from them when cleaning the vacation villas. Our management team regularly carries out spot checks to ensure our high standards are being maintained. All linen is washed on site, unlike other companies who remove it for cleaning and replace with someone else's. Pool Services This service includes cleaning and chemical balancing of your pool on a weekly basis. The pool area of your home is covered within this service, pool decks are washed and cleaned, the pool cage is wiped down each week and hot-tubs are also cleaned and chemically balanced once a week. The added benefit of having our own Florida State certified Pool Technician also enables us to give you a courtesy spa/pool check prior to each new guest arrival, so that if needed he will clean and top up the pool, wash pool deck, etc. 
Lawn ServicesIn each holiday home the grass is cut and edges are trimmed on a weekly basis with all debris being removed. We will also keep an eye on any plants and bushes in the garden, which are trimmed if required. Lawns will be treated on an as required basis. Rather than charging a monthly fee for treatment when your lawn may only need it a couple of times a year, we believe treating it this way gives better value for your money. Pest Control Offering round the clock protection against insects. We cannot guarantee to keep every single critter out, however, if they do decide to pay you a visit then we guarantee to get someone out to spray the house within 24 hours. Monitoring Service Twice each month we will perform a walk through of you Florida Property during which we will check and inspect for Forcedor unlawful entry, Alarm/Security system operation, Appliances, Air Conditioning operation and for any Weather Damage. An inspection report will be forwarded to you after each completed walk through with optional digital photographs. We can even pick up and forward any mail. Welcome Packs We offer a Welcome Pack service for all your guests, which will be waiting for them in your vacation home upon arrival. This enables them to start their holiday in Florida the best possible way, enjoying much needed refreshments or snacks without having to go shopping as soon as they arrive. If you have specific requirements you wish to offer, we would bemoe than happy to price it up for you. As an example - The Welcome Pack could consist of but not limited to a choice of the following items: Bread Butter Jam Drinking water (1 gallon) Doughnuts (12 pack) English breakfast muffins Multi cereal selection pack (8 mini boxes) Eggs (dozen) Orange juice (2 pints) Milk (2 Pints semi-skimmed) Cheese pizza (Large) Beer (12 pack) Bottle of Sprite (1 Litre) Bottle of Coke (1 Litre) |
